Pianist and composer Rea Beaumont is an internationally recognized interpreter known for her powerful performances and “beautiful” recordings (American Public Media) that have been broadcast in 15 countries and chosen as ‘Album of the Week’ (CBC Radio). 

Recipient of the SOCAN Foundation/MusCan Award of Excellence for the Advancement of Research in Canadian Music, she has premiered many works in collaboration with eminent composers, while her own pieces are reviewed as exhibiting "compositional prowess” (The WholeNote, Toronto) and often highlight global issues.

Versatile violinist Christopher Verrette is a core member of Tafelmusik and multi-instrumentalist. He has performed music from seven centuries in 25 countries and on over 50 recordings for 16 labels. Fluent in different styles, Verrette is also heard in film and television soundtracks such as The Tudors and on the companion recording to Sylvia Tyson's novel Joyner's Dream.
